PAT & ELECTRICAL
ELECTRICAL & PAT TESTING.It is important to regularly test portable appliances (PAT testing), the inspection of electrical systems cannot be understated. By carrying out regular inspections enables us to pre-empt any damage or defects which could lead to damage and potentially endanger lives. As a guide, public buildings, offices, and leisure centres need to be inspected every year; industrial and agricultural premises every three years; and commercial, educational and residential premises every five years.

WHAT IS PORTABLE APPLIANCE TESTING (PAT)?
PAT is required to meet strict safety regulations and employers and landlords should arrange for all portable electrical equipment to be periodically inspected and tested. If you need PAT testing in the West Midlands then please call me today.
LANDLORD SAFETY CERTIFICATE
It is important to ensure that all electrical appliances and fittings within a property are safe and in good working order. Unlike gas regulations, there is no law that says you must have a landlord electrical certificate. But should any electrical fitting or appliances within your rental property cause harm to a tenant you could be held liable.
